A little About Us

Paul Whitington, Arborist & Horticulturist (VCAH Burnley/Melbourne University) is the Owner/Director of Aboricultural Matters and has been operating around Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula for the past 32 years. Paul is a fully qualified, professional and comprehensive Arboricultural & Horticultural Company.

Arboricultural Specialist: In all aspects of tree maintenance, including confined space tree removal, pruning, dead-wooding and risk reduction.

Tree Reports and Plans: Specialising in professional tree reports, accurately scaled Tree Protection Plans (Cad Proficient) and all aspects of Arboricultural consultancy.

Negotiator/Mediator in Tree Care: As an effective communicator, Paul is frequently called in to negotiate and mediate between clients and local councils and has been able to avert VCAT confrontations on several occasions.

We are fostering Good Relations within the Community: Focusing on promoting and maintaining good relationships with local Council Planning Departments and ensuring that professional integrity is maintained and respect towards local regulations at all times.
